Different channels are used to parents, who could be disturbed by the contact.
✅ Solution:
The same website is used for contacting parents.
❌ Problem:
Because of the different channel users are using now, there are many different templates are using which is not standard and professional.
✅ Solution:
The same messages template can be sent for each entity.
❌ Problem:
Base on the current experience, parent is receiving 2 to 3 emails a day from our main school system, and they will be received other emails from other systems as well, it is inconvenience that all the messages are delivered separately on different time.
✅ Solution:
Consolidate the message delivery. Message can be sent as daily digest.
Over 6 months, I partnered extensively with PM and developers, and the clients to identify, prioritize, and execute on the problems & features.I also worked on the interface design for this project since we have different schools.

Parents & teachers were talked with before the product login, to gather feedback before launching. Here are some of the feedback & results.
Responsive website for parents which is different from CMS, because the parents check the messages from schools after work.
After the comprehensive UI design, we found that the students can be from Wellington or Huili schools, so that neutral color and logo are used before authentication.
