Fully integrated with Sephora’s PIM, inventory, OMS, and CRM systems, this ensures customers are presented with up-to-date information and that customer data is synchronized across multiple channels.
Launched on August 31, 2018, with much success, it has helped generate significant traffic and transactions through the WeChat ecosystem, delivering business goals. The mini program launched successfully in August 2018, with over 100 stores throughout China participating.
